I used to find using this app enjoyable. You can use the filter tools and view the items in whatever order you prefer (newest to oldest, low to high, etc). I like being able to save my favorite items into folders. I can still do all that, as long as I am fine with having to log in every single time I try to do any of those things. I can't even just sign-in with my password everytime. I have to be emailed or texted with a code. It is just too much trouble.

Updating this one year later. App continues to bog down. The longer I shop the slower it gets until it finally freezes up and stop working altogether. Clearing the cache, deleting and re-downloading doesn't help. Please fix! Crashes a LOT! I finally found exactly the rug I wanted and the app crashed on me. Haven't been able to find it since. Very frustrating experience. I have cleared the cache, checked for updates, restarted the phone, etc. It works for about 5 or 10 minutes and crashes again.

Gift Card Redemption Bug: I'm trying to add a gift card but when you go to "Redeem a Gift Card", it will just show a blank page and you can scroll down but it's just to view Terms and Conditions. There is no spot to enter the code... You also cannot switch from one color product to another of the same one without it freezing or asking to reload the page. (Update: They said there is a new update that fixes this, however the issue is still there)

We just released an updated version of the app that should fix the problems that you've reported. Please go to the Google Play Store and install the update or simply uninstall, then reinstall the app.
