it doesn't update weight when you put it in. the calculations seem wrong. there isn't much functionality. the food tracking isn't accurate. the only thing it does seem to do is track your shots. I've done all the troubleshooting and nothing works. you have to go to the website to do anything other than track your shot. the website doesn't have anywhere to input your weight or shots. it withhold be great if everything was in one place and actually worked.

Does not work well, at least with my android phone. There are set numbers set in you cannot change, tracking food doesn't let you put in amounts or info on the food. I don't get notifications on the app about recent answers I'm waiting for, it doesn't tie to communications, email, etc. It really needs improvement!

Month 4 and so far, the app and the service suck. App is wonky. They only do custom dosing but the app doesn't always let you put your custom dose in, like 2.125 vs 2.5 or 6.375 vs 7.5. When you add your weight, the slider starts at 100, not at your most recent weight so it's a pain. You can't schedule through the app, you need a link. The app chat takes forever. The nutrition is a waste. They always get my dose wrong and I have to argue. The providers can't seem to see the info in the app.
