Had an issue with lost progression and ads. Update: Responded within 48 hours of sending a support email. They were able to help me restore my progress. That being said, with regards to the ads issue, they state that their "ad providers may be out of ads for the region" and that I should check back at a later time. Keep this in mind when you decide to purchase their ad free perk, as you will only be able to utilize your purchase when the company can provide ads. So far, 7 days without.

i hope you read and listen to this, dev. this game is just my type of gameplay, i love it. however, locking event completion behind ads and/or purchases is awful. especially considering that both the event premium pass and the ad-free are $20 each. thats a LOT for a mobile game. make it $5ā$10 and I would consider it. edit: missed out on 6k eye things because ads wouldnt load to double offline earnings, so i relaunched the game. lost the entire amount, not just the extra.

eh, I mean it's fun, but they never ever ever ever let you do anything without watching an ad/spending money. Events are pay to win because you have to watch an ad/pay money for a loot box to hopefully get a token to upgrade something to advance the quest. Unless you wanna wait a full day for 1 free lootbox, you have to pay up piggy. idk, it's a fun game if you don't mind all the constant begging for money. at least the forced ads are infrequent. It all is beginning to grate on me
