"How to redeem: At the top of the checkout screen select Apply Available Offers. Select this offer & click Apply." -- yeah, "Apply Available Offers" is nowhere in checkout, only a promo code box. I've gone through checkout to right before charging my card. I would LOVE to use a promo or my loyalty points! Sucks too, b/c if you back out to go re-read the promo info it cancels your entire order/empties your cart so you have to re-add everything again. Also favoriting loyalty promos gives an error.

Love the chain, hate the App. After taking a couple of minutes to place my order it fails to finalize. A message says tobm update the app, which it is already updated, or to go to some external website. After a few tries I give up and go somewhere else.

Doesn't work anymore. Last week they did updates according to my local shop and it kicked a bunch of people out, including me. I have reset my password multiple times and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. It still won't let me log in.
