From 5 to 2 stars. I guess the two units I bought lasted for only 4-5 years. It started giving trouble when i try to open my Mila app, have to sign in each time bec it says "an exception occured".At times the app doesn't recognize my two Mila units and I have to add it all over again. For the price, i feel it's not worth it but they have fair to good customer service when I email them. They check on me about the units and have to send video to them so they can accurately identify what's wrong.

4-5 years with Mila means a lot to us, and we hate that the app is letting you down. The sign-in loop and units dropping off are not normal and we want to dig in. Looks like you already emailed us but if a call is helpful, let us know.

Auto sleep mode is still too noisy for falling asleep, so I end up manually turning the thing off at night and turning it back on in the morning (when I remember). Update 12/2024: We've had our Mila's for a couple of years now (purchased spring of 2022). Two of our three stopped connecting to the app and don't function at all. The third one connects to the app intermittently for manual control, but otherwise runs at minimum. I would have expected more longevity for the cost per unit.

@Denyalle - thanks for the love and thanks for trusting us with the air you breathe! We know how important sleep is and have a number of settings, including Light Sleeper. Will also share your feedback with the product team to see if we can customize it more/include some scheduling options.

Generally good, love the data visualization. Login is terrible. The text boxes do not have the correct attributes, so Android doesn't recognize it can be auto-filled. Furthermore, email field isn't currently typed, so manually typing your email address is a major pain. Also you have to do this way too often, as the login expires rather quickly. If you have to do it so often the form should make it easy, instead of unusually difficult.

**Morning Routine Mode:**
When enabled, your Mila will activate 30 minutes before your scheduled wake-up time.
**A New Home for Insights:**
The main navigation includes now a dedicated Insights tab (the far-right icon).
There is the home for monthly air quality reports and understanding long-term trends.
**Smarter Alert Details:**
The graph on the room details screen now displays air quality alerts.
Tapping the icon shows you which specific threshold caused the alert.
