The latest update has added to the numerous problems that the past few updates caused. When I first started using the app it was very nice. You could arrange the cameras for viewing the way that you preferred. With updates, that option went away. Many people complained to no avail. Now, the newest update has stopped the notifications by email. I depend on these when I'm out of town. When I test the email alerts that once worked seamlessly, I get a 400 error message.

Half the time it doesn't recognize or record when someone is right next to the device. When it does record, the playback won't load or play the videos! Police were in need of help bc someone evaded arrest & ran towards our house so they asked for any video coverage. Unfortunately, I couldn't help them bc PLAYBACK will not load! Only says "failed to load video. Please tap to retry." very frustrating!

The app used to be fairly robust and allowed viewing recorded clips of cloud videos. Recently, the icon to access the cloud videos has disappeared from the app, and it only allows me to view a live feed. This is useless to me if, and when I receive a text notification from my camera. I am unable to recall any history without logging into my computer, which I don't have access to when away from my home. Also conversely, my computer only allows viewing of recorded videos on the cloud, not live.
