After I switched from Libra SIM to Red Bull SIM, I am not receiving bank OTP or Absher OTP. I switched last February 19th. Despite complaining several times, they have not responded to my complaints. I haven't been able to resolve my issue. When I go to their customer care office, the office is always closed. I'm stuck with this simport and will at least get my issue resolved.

The network of Red Bull SIM is very bad, the net is running well but when I make a call the net gets disconnected, the network is very bad, the net runs very slow.

the most worst service i have ever seen, and importantly, the app is very useless, no update, no changes allowed in my account, not proceeding top-up, the most useless app.
