App lacks a very basic feature which Publix provides that is very useful. At Publix if you use your card (phone number) to make a purchase it saves your receipt to the app in case you need it, that is good customer service. Stop and shop is too busy trying to just make the next sale and only shows you past purchases so that you can buy them again. I accidentally lost my receipt and needed it for business reimbursement and would have been nice if I could have been able to retrieve from app.

The special coupons for free items one has to get by using the in-store digital kiosk used to be available in the digital coupon section in the app. Why is that no longer the case? The ad for it can be seen, but not clicked on, in the print view of the weekly circular, but it's not visible at all in the grid view, which I usually use. And after you go to the kiosk, it doesn't show up with your saved digital coupons. So one has to print it out to see the specifics of the item that's free.

This app has a mind of its own. So many times, when I go to check out for delivery, I see items that I have never ordered in my cart. Now, when trying to access the "Free pick-up / delivery", the screen keeps "verifying the device" and just goes on and on. It never opens to make selections to qualify for free delivery. Delivery with Pea Pod was so much better: they were on time; the drivers never got lost; every item in the cart was delivered. This Instacart is a joke.
