Complete waste of time using this. A constant circular navigation of manus and impossible to find contact details of tech support. Website is the same, but once I was able to finally remove the AI chatbot from the conversation, I at least found a way to get a case number. Until I ring the number provided and it is closed. Terrible customer service.

They didn't help me very well at all I didn't sign up for the warranty because I didn't have proof I couldn't find my receipt but it was clear it was like no still and those Blu-ray system was messed up it completely stopped working you could hear it working inside but it wouldn't show a picture and they wouldn't help me to fix it or anyting tell me what to do next or whatever
