Everything concerning this app has been outstanding except for 1 issue that hasn't gone away regardless of what I've tried. When I'm playing on my mobile app, if I don't go to the lobby frequently, it will consider me as inactive for some reason, and when I do finally go to the lobby it logs me out. This is obviously happening while I'm quite active and playing on 1 or more tables. To be clear, everything is fine while I'm playing, it's only when I minimize my table and go to the lobby that happ

when I get it in 70/30 or better I lose more than half of the time. Also when I put it in multiway with 30-50 percent to scoop I very rarely win. Really does a number on your psyche. In the last month I've had quads vs a straight flush that was completed on the river. I've also had 7 or 8 nut flushes or top boats cracked by straight flushes and most of them make no sense contextually as to why the player is still in the hand (paired board when money goes in etc). This is not an exaggeration.

Here's what I've learned. When you buy into a tournament you have to get ahead fast because this app will crash and then won't verify your location for another half hour. Dont bother with customer service because they somehow don't know anything about this issue despite ALL of the poor reviews. You're going to try all the basic things you know to fix the issue, turn wifi off and on, force stop the app, remove and reinstall the app. Nothing is going to work except patience. Play pokerstars.
