Dear Parking Management, I am writing to raise a concern regarding a parking fine I received on 01/04/2026.At approximately 11:00 AM, I attempted to extend my parking ticket, which was due to expire at 11:05 AM. The application indicates that a notification should be sent 10 minutes prior to expiry; however, I did not receive any such notification.While trying to renew the ticket, I entered my debit card details, but upon clicking “Next,” the application became unresponsive

Frequent IT issues. App lags many times, doesn't accept payments from within the Parkin app wallet, this morning it would not even allow me to do anything, spent 10 minutes and then decided to do through the RTA app itself. Pls check and debug the app. Losing time while trying to make a payment could result in an exorbitant parking fine only due to IT issues!

1 star review until they remove their intro sound or at least give the option to MUTE or Turnoff. it's absolutely annoying to hear it even when the device is on Vibrate. And if we send Parkin support an email about it, they always need my details to call me. WHY do you need to call me for something which you can easily fix with a written suggestion to you? Then, to top it off, the GPS doesn't lock or gets stuck often in loading. Every other day I have to force close the app and reopen.
