Honestly, stc bank made managing my money so much easier 🙌 The app is super smooth, transfers are fast (even international), and the exchange rates are really good. I also like how clean and simple the interface is — no stress, no hassle. Definitely one of the best digital banking apps I’ve used so far. Highly recommended! 💚

Very disappointing experience. I have been trying many times to log in to my account, but the app is not working properly. It keeps giving problems and does not let me access my account when I need it. Please fix the login issue as soon as possible.

Worst experience. This app provided me a loan through their Smart finance. This seems to be a fake service as the final offer provided by STC bank itself is not being processed. I was asked to complete contract signing via Nafath verification. But after completing that, it still shows pending contract signing. I contacted their customer service agents, but unfortunately they have no idea about this. Whenever I contacted them, they were in a hurry to end the conversation. It was so pathetic.
