It appears that the offers are not being tracked accurately. Some milestones that were completed did not register as such and subsequently expired, despite later milestones for the same game or application tracking correctly. Upon contacting support, I was initially informed that the credit would be applied on February 4th. However, after not receiving the credit, I reached out to support again and was then advised that the credit was not reflected and would not be added.

I use this to book hotels several days a week. I only had an issue once with not getting the room that I booked and got a different room instead but that was the hotels fault. Customer service did try to resolve it but hotel wouldn't budge. they ended up getting me like $20 back so I was satisfied with that. I really love the cash back. it adds up quickly when you book as often as I do. I am going to use to book a flight for the first time today, not expecting any issues. I recommend this app.

I signed up and paid for a membership but get error messages every time I tried to use the app features. Their support has not helped with the issue and I'm still getting charged for their services. Would not recommend unless you want to loose your money and be ignored. update: issues are still on going, I'm still being charged for their services and being told that I need to fix the issues. The app will not allow you to unlink your card info unless you provide another card for them to charge.
