I love Hydrojug. I've used these products for years. Nothing has disappointed me. The quality, convenience, and most importantly for me, it gives me tools to help with my very difficult health journey. The app makes it even easier to shop and research on what I'm buying. My only issue is I wish there was a way to search by bottles & matching sleeves. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to make sure the sleeve I like matches the bottle I need. But other than that, I enjoy using the app.

Zero Customer Service. I made half a dozen orders and spent a few hundred bucks on various stuff. I used my "points" to get a couple discounted jugs but they never arrived. I tried 3 times to reach out to them with no response. I was a happy, loyal customer and now I'm just disappointed. At least they showed their true colors with an order that only cost me shipping.

I love the new app! the update is perfect. it's easier to navigate, I love the categories. it's fun and bright, easy to use. I can't wait to use it more!! I'm excited!
