The app is fine, but the clothes don't hold up very well. They pill very soon even turned inside out, on gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Furthermore, they shed even after washing a few times. They have to be worn as a monochromatic look, or the lint can be seen on other colors of clothing. I purchased several pieces but will not be purchasing any more items.

There are issues with two major actions- 1) the app doesn't recognize you are logged in if you try to access the reward section in your account - it makes you log on again plus it is unclear where to access it even w) ⤴️ & 2) the checkout currently gives you an error when trying to apply the reward you just selected. And if you wait on hearing from CX - I tried them today for another reason - the items would probably be out of stock, so I made my purchase anyway. Not a great user experience.

Beautiful fabric, feels wonderful on! Sizing is off a bit though. According to the measurements on the size chart, I should be a "3" but those are too big. I exchange for a size "2" instead.... fingers crossed. I cannot live without the wrap... perfect for travel.
