The Agoda partner app is extremely disappointing and frustrating to use. For a global company like Agoda, the quality of the partner extranet and mobile application is far below expectations. As a hotel owner, I depend on this platform daily, but instead of making operations easier, it creates unnecessary complications.

disappointed in the system imposed by Agoda. double booking on another platform, mutual agreement with guest to cancel the booking and I thought the case is closed, but after check, Agoda charge a night penalty on me and plus tax and service charge, feel cheated. trouble of payout issues, simple work needs submitted many forms, instructions are not clear. minimum few hours work becomes few days app sometimes breaks down when emergency need

The worst booking app. Customer service doesn't respond, whether by phone or email. I haven't been able to collect my booking fees for more than two months.
