for short teips, same line, it's great! just remember default is one-way. if you want to travel from small station to another part of the country, you need to create your own plan or it tells you nothing is pissible. example Durand, MI to Denver, CO. you have to know to book multi train Durand to Chicago to Denver. the app say no trains available 😞 i enjoy traveling by train. i just have to work out the schedule myself. notifications and ticketing are very reliable.

App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

app works fine for looking up train information. However, booking is another story, I have never been able to successfully book a trip through the app across multiple years at this point. I get to the payment screen, click "buy now" (with perfectly valid card information), and get an error pop up with a ref string. nothing that tells me anything useful or directs me to anything useful. I don't know what these other reviewers are doing that I'm not.
