Before you can use the app, you have to read a series of pop-up 'tips'. One of those tips pops up well off the bottom of the screen, making it impossible to advance further and actually use the app. Another issue to be careful with is bill payment. You make a payment in the app. It shows up in your bank account, then the app immediately charges you again.

The ExactCare Pharmacy app is informative and a must of you are an ExactCare customer. With med timers, reminders, order delivery dates, order reviews , and many more attributes to their highly recommend company, you will be well pleased.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They can never get your medicine to you in time. I've went weeks without my medication. They expect you to call the doctor everything you need a refill. I got prescribed a antibiotic it literally tooked them a week before they ready to ship it to me. I told them I had Pneumonia. I had to have my doctor send the medicine to another pharmacy.
