Workout programs: great way to not have to plan your workouts all the time. Definitely hits all kinds of muscles. Calorie tracker: actually super easy to use as long as you have a scale. The only negative would be that you can't put in calories for future days, even if you meal prep. The social page has so far been a positive fitness focused area. There are many other things like group workout plans, weight tracking, and more that are so nice to use!

this app is amazing! I've been doing Chloe's workouts for a while. the app just sets everything up and it's way better than looking up to exercises online. you can choose different programs based on what your goal is and it pretty much keeps track of everything for you. it's so convenient and free! there is an option to pay for the upgraded plan but you don't really need it you can definitely reach your goal without it. definitely appreciate Chloe from making this.

Absolutely love this app! When you select a program, it automatically makes the calendar, then when you click on the video, it sends you directly to YouTube. It keeps track of your workouts and makes it so much easier to keep going! You can also upload privately your progress pics to keep yourself motivated, or you can publish them to encourage other users! If you have the free version, it only shows you 1 add after completing a day's workout,that's not bad at all! Easy to use & well designed
