Not as good as the format of the old one. Also, your camera settings for check deposit could be calibrated better. I'm having trouble look back a few months ago right now. I never had that issue with the old software. Also, I haven't been able to withdraw the quantity of money that I have need from your ATMs multiple times in a row. 6 plus... I've been banking with you for 20 years now and would love to see you succeed but your company could definitely use some work.thankyou.idlovetohelp.

The app is always down. I mean always. I've been trying to log on to see my account balances and transactions and pending for the last 2 days and I can't. It worked for me one time in the last week, because it was down earlier to. I tried 2 weeks ago to go on and it was also down. It's horrible and a simple app. Keybank and other banks I use never seem to have a issue. But citizens? Always. I need to pay my bills and see my money. This is getting ridiculous

More than half the time it gives me errors saying it can't log in. Sometimes waiting an hour will fix it, and most of the time its just down for days at a time. I've never seen a site, especially one as important as our bank account info, have so many errors. I called support and went through the automated message, filling in lots of my information, only for it to tell me that due to covid their hours are shortened and then it hung up. Terrible service. Go to another bank if you can.
