The content is ok l, but not really any better than other offerings. However, the app, and the company, are pretty spammy. Lots of emails, in-app ads upselling and advertising other products, and even push notifications shilling their stuff. And then there are all the embedded trackers... I hope they enjoy the $80 I paid them, because their practices and behavior ensure they won't be getting any more from me.

Hi Bill, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will issue you a refund. You also have complete control of your notifications, you can turn them off! We just had a Black Friday sale so that is why there were more notifications than usual.

It's a good app, I dropped a star because I already passed my Technician and General exams, but I'm forced to pay for all three with the highest price of $79. It would be much more attractive if each exam was sold separately and at the SAME price ($35?). THEN, offer discounts when more than one is purchased at the same time. There are decent free apps available. I'd pay $35, but not $80.

Only the video lessons are part of the paid content. We can help you purchase just the Extra course separately. Send us an email, and we’ll offer you a great deal.

I used the free version at the time because I was on a crunch and still not sure about everything, but the information was invaluable and within a few days I had passed the test. I have now upgraded to the full featured version to access all the test banks as I expect to upgrade my license at a future opportunity, and I also got the Basics course included which was nice. I think it was well worth it. I intend to purchase the other courses as well. No more aimless YouTube hunting.
