The app just crashed in the middle of writing a long message to my Dr. No draft saved or anything. That is pretty bad for a medical app.

It works alright for what you need it to do. but when you're using crossover for most of your different types of care, the box view of visits is a bit overwhelming. I'd really appreciate a calendar view of visits

The app is great... when it works. Most of the time, I'm greet with a blank screen and it won't load anything for me to be able to access any messages sent to me or even zoom calls when I need to speak to my therapist or doctor.
