While I did get to read the book I wanted with their 3-day subscription for $2.99 they are still charging me for 14.99 for a longer subscription through auto pay, which I did read in the fine print and I accepted the fact I would have to personally cancel it. The problem is that there is no way for me to directly cancel my subscription either through the Google Play app or through the reading app. Going back to it today, I now have to email them in order to get the auto pay shut off. Not a Fan.

This app is terrible. They tell you you can cancel anytime withing a 24-48 hour window of billing. But you cant cancel the service. There is no cancel request through the app you have to email through their feed back link and they never respond. Several emails, days and billings later I finally had to go through PayPal and remove them as a vendor. Terrible customer service and their stories aren't even that good.. Save your time and money and just dont. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Tried this out and got the subscription. honestly it wasn't for me. No big deal. They're still trying to charge me for thr subscription though. I sent them a message to cancel it. Deleted my account too. It's been over a month and they're still trying to charge me. Thankfully the only reason the charges won't go through is because I have international transactions turned off. Honestly wish someone from customer support would contact me so I could cancel these payments trying to come out.
