I have been working on Daraz for almost a year now, but the experience has been quite disappointing. The commission charged is often higher than the actual profit we make from selling our products. Additionally, shipping is not fast — most of the time, deliveries are delayed. Many times, customers are ready to receive the product, but Daraz fails to deliver it. On top of that, payments are also made very late.

Daraz charges big commission from sellers nearly 23% while other e-commerce sites charge only 10%. Their delivery system is too slow. Also, during the account creation and deleting, it is so difficult to do it. Once you delete the account, you can't use the phone number for a new account. Daraz will not delete your phone number from their system, so you need a new phone number for the new account. So be careful in creating an account. Their IT team need improvements, a lot.

I'm changing old wherehouse delivery information, but it again and again appears automatically after one day. I tried cleared cache memory and data, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, but the issue is the same. while in laptop Web browser, wherehouse information is showing as per my new changed and saved address. This ap also missing some options. you're are requested to fix this issue as soon as possible.
