Unable to download PDFs or medical records provided on the app. It's a "feature" they're planning on adding in the future. Even though the document is there, you need to call into your main office to ask for it (documents) to be sent via email or go to the office directly. The is NO online login option. It's only the app. However, you can make payments online if you have your statement number. Ridiculous. The actual D. Health workers are a dream. The app is my only complaint.

This app is ridiculously glitchy. They have supposedly done an update but I think the update made it even worse. It constantly gets hung, will not allow me to make an appt, non responsive. Last year it took me 3 days to finish my check in because the app would become non responsive or drop service and it didn't save progress. I told the people in the office as well as my practitioner and got blank stares. No one said that they would let someone know.

After going through the tedious multi-step process of activating my account and resubmitting my email (twice because the code it gave delivered an error), I still can't even view my files! I can't view them on a website or a pdf or with my doctor, I have to go through the app and now I can't even do that. Not to mention they use AI. Is it truly so difficult to run a website? AdventHealth does it, and their file management system hasn't been updated since John beat Peter to Jesus's tomb.
