Since posting my original 1 star review, the app integration for Barclays account holders has been updated/fixed. I was able to register and the app works well. Easy to check into lounges, see how many passes I currently have and when they renew. Great fix from the earlier version. It works now!

issues are dealt with immediately and sensibly. even when in a busy lounge space is always found if it can be. Being able to book is obviously the best way to lounge.
