Unable to connect. When we first had our Ecobee thermostat installed, everything worked properly with the app. It was great to be able to change the thermostat when we were away from home. I'm not sure what has changed over the last few months, but the app cannot connect. I've uninstalled and reinstalled on several occasions. Still no luck. Hoping they can get the issue solved, soon. I miss the functions I had when the app worked properly.

Good app, pretty easy to use. Not too crazy about the schedule, set it and forget it type thing. Never know what the next day will be, if its really cold while I'm gone, do I really want the heat working hard while nobody is home? No. Had my first problem with the app even starting tonight, but I think that might have had something to do with Spectrum internet doing routine maintenance and dropping my Wi-Fi and internet connections. Its working fine after a reset.

This app doesn't feel as intuitive as it should. Whenever I need to change the programmed temps it always takes me a minute to find it because the wording is dumb. And when I do find it, it almost never saves the temp I set. It's always 1-2 degrees off from what I set it to when I hit save. I always have to try multiple times to get it to finally save the correct temp I'm trying to set it to schedule
