With all honesty, everything about this bank is rubbish. from service to technology. This app not only freezes, can only save one user at a time, does not provide otp sometimes only God knows for how long, but also does NOT show account balances. As if you're using excel and the number is too big for the cell to show and it displays as xxxx, what a joke.

SMART PASS not working. I have tried all random numbers and it still "unsuccessful try again later". yet doesn't allow me to login either way.
