Every experience with this app has been frustrating. I have to re-download it each time I want to use it. It takes more than ten minutes to open, it kicks me out when I go to pay making it impossible to take advantage of any of the app only perks. User interface leaves a lot to be desired, the app freezes making me close down my phone. Then the black screen of death. In all the time it has been live I've been able to successfully make two purchases. I love PLG, this app not so much.

Lots of bugs in this app. The most annoying is that I make a purchase but the same item reappears in my cart and I get messages to complete my purchase. Almost purchased a duplicate item but thankfully I checked my purchase history. This has happened consistently since this app was released. The company is not responsive to issues with the app. The website is slow as well.

I bought a mini crossbody over a year ago and it's still my absolute favorite! That didn't stop me from buying a koala sling and now I'm plotting for a leather tote. I love that they make quality products that are great for form and function. I strongly recommend PLG!
