App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

useless, have to ask speaker to find my phone at least 20 times when needed, only to be told my voice doesn't match. literally have retrained it at minimum 10 times over the last 10 years trying to be as neutral as possible as well as using every tone and inflection I can muster, but the accuracy of the speakers never improves. maybe ease up on the accuracy parameters, I'm not worried about someone sneaking into the house and mimicking my voice or something to try to find my phone. useless

This app gets worse and loses functionality every update. Cameras have completely stopped notifying me of anything and don't catch the vast majority of events. People standing directly in front of a camera and dancing frequently won't trigger them. My car, which sits with a camera pointing directly at it, was smashed and it missed it. My light groups no longer show up as lights and the app and assistant can no longer control them. All notifications have stopped too. Garbage app.
