What a great app for practicing gratitude. I really believe in the power of gratitude. This journal makes it so easy with templates, if you are having trouble getting started. Journalise 3 things you are grateful for at night, 5 to 7 nights a week before sleep. Watch your sleep improve and your life improve, by using this very helpful easy to use app. Well worth every cent you pay, with all the improvements in your life this gratitude app/journal represents amazing value for money. Wow amazing.

I absolutely loved this app. The design is both pleasant and calming, and the app is versatile enough to be used not only as a gratitude journal but also as a regular diary.
