When it works, it can work well. But, it has an incredibly frustrating tendency to not work in stupid ways. It can stop partway during a session and it signed me out in the early part of a session. The transcript covers the first 10min. Absurd. I only found out at the end of the session when I opened it to get my note and it presented me with a login page. So I've lost a dense and important session with a client that I'll now be recreating from memory (including risk issues and timelines).

Edit: the newer versions are much more reliable, albeit desktop version still better. Extremely helpful tool and pro's far outweigh issues. When it works it's decent and has great potential. However, so far it's only worked once and I've tried it during 11 appointments. Extremely unreliable, glitchy and hard to use app, not ready for clinical work. technical team is slow and can't really help - I was told to get the latest version of the app, which I already had.

The previous version of this app worked fine, it never failed me. The new version is intolerable: it is riddled with bugs, the worst of which being that, since today, it shows me nothing but a black, void screen when I log in. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times. I have restarted the phone multiple times. All to no avail. I am paying 72£ per month for an app that does not work. You had better solve this by this Wednesday, 11/02/2026. I will have a clinic on that day.
