lf I had given this game a review 1 week ago you would have gotten 5 stars, glad I waited. the newest side quest No Gane No Life is horrible! I cannot move the characters out of the way and when I click on what they need to get the to disappear I do not get the option to help me find that item. This side quest is making me want to stop playing it. Do better designs, and yes I've made purchases in the game. You're making me want to find a different Merge game!

The game was accidentally deleted from my phone and when I went to re-download it, all of my progress was lost. I was shocked as I was logged in with my own account and have changed phones numerous times and never had this issue. So now all these YEARS of work are lost. I am really hoping I can get my progress back somehow.... I have tried emailing customer service several times, even with different emails, and they have not responded at all. EDIT: 2/21/26, several more emails sent, NO response.

I have been playing for years. I've put $$ into it. Now all of the sudden it costs double or more gems to complete a task?! For example, instead of it costing 1 gem to complete a building that has under 2 minutes left, it costs 3 gems. A building that takes 5 minutes now costs 10 gems to finish. Why the change?! Not happy about this. Also, why are gem chests never given anymore? The axe&magnet tools are halfway not useful + the third tool has never been given even once since adding the tools
