edit: tech support was quick to respond and the issue is gone. Great little app! New update doesn't work. When I try to print, it says I need to download the new firmware but says download failed and now I can't use my printer at all. I have just sent an email to tech support and will update to 5 stars if this is fixed.

Unable to connect to printer from my phone. Anyone help? Have tried switching off and on again, deleting and re adding app. Still not able to find printer. Phone number i USA and I am 8 hours in front. Having problems with my phone finding the printer. Can anyone help. Have switched on and off again, left overnight, reloaded app etc. phone number is USA and i am UK. Help!! Anyone?

This software is infuriating. It's nearly impossible to hit rotate, delete and resize in the corners. Add another way!
