useless. it's impossible to log in on the android app. it authenticates via email, but logs out when exiting so it is impossible to complete the process. be prepared to use a second device to complete authentication.

Updated on March 10th. On March 13th the app says I'm using an outdated version, SMH.

When you call the 800 number after hours of trying to log in, and the person from ibx tells you the app is horrible...that says it all. I could write a novel about this company and my horrific experiences (finally able to log in after deleting app twice....only to find out, while trying to search for a doctor, there were 3 people that I never heard of listed as my family members, I'm single and live alone). WORST EXPERIENCE WITH INS IN 60 YEARS!!!!!!!! 🤬
