Terrible. This is one of the worst laid out apps I've used from a large company. It is not intuitive at all, and is a struggle to find anything. Hell, Reddit was the only way I was able to navigate to find how to reinstall the firmware. It's just as bad trying to figure out where to go for reprogramming basic button pushes. C'mon guys, you made a basic app confusing to use for a common item. I'm an IT guy and I struggle with it!

I've had the Jabra elite 7 pro for almost 4.5 yrs, and the ANC is the same as just having the earbuds in-ear while off (in all the conditions I've tested so far, which is many), except that ANC provides a mildly harsh electronic hum that sometimes gives me a headache. So I've set it so that it changes between hear-through and off, to save some battery. Also when on phone calls, the mic doesn't work, and I cannot figure out how to fix that, if it's at all even possible.

I use this headset primarily with a computer. I installed the software only to disable the "auto pause" feature. Not sure why I need to install a glorified web-wrapper on a smart phone to do that, but here we are. "Cookies must be enabled to use this app" indeed. The headset itself is fine, and sounds good. It took a firmware update cleanly with the app, so no issues there. I just despise having to use a smartphone app to set up PC peripherals. Stop that.
