was good at first but after a week or 2 it just kept giving me the same personal insights over and over again, no matter what i had written that day. it took me awhile to figure out how to even look at past entries let alone edit them. that part isnt very user friendly. it only lets you do 2 tests and 1 part of the course with basic, so you cant finish your daily goals without premium

As a crisis counselor with my degree in psychology, I've found a lot of the reflections and being able to log mood changes helpful. However, I strongly disagree with this being a paid app. I think it would be better if they separated the quizzes part of the app, and charged for that. as they are no different than most "personality quizzes" available on the internet. But I would encourage skepticism of an app that claims to want to help others but wants to charge for simple features.

It's hard to know how to navigate life without reminders that you're allowed to not be okay or small motivations to take care of yourself. This app has been helpful for me because it's hard to put into words what I feel, but the little quizzes and the suggestions afterwards help me get past my emotional hangups and I'm able to work on them without any judgement from an actual person.
