I really want to like it. The gameplay is good! But there are too many interruptions (multiple events+bundles when you log on, big orders when you're playing), bad balance (generating fruit plates takes up multiple play sessions), nontintrusive but deeply skeevy ads (this one has improved a bit). The complete lack of response, not even a received ticket, when I sent feedback about the fruit plates doesn't feel inviting either.

I would love to give this game 10 stars bcuz it's super fun, not to mention I am the merge queen, if it's an awesome merge game I have it, but I just recently purchased their beginner's package which included 620 diamonds, 200 energy points and 2 mystery boxes I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THAT!😡 it said on cashapp the transaction was complete but when I went to check to see if I received my purchase I hadn't!..i have emailed these people 5/6 times and not a peep from them😡 investigation is ON

I have played over three dozen merge games over the last few years and this one is the WORST. Every time I move an object, it bounces into the wrong square. Your game is the only one I know of in existence that does this. It happens at least five times per session. Maybe fix this infuriating bug?
