There are good resources, but don’t be misled by the bonuses. The terms are buried under huge blocks of text full of hidden conditions, and in the end you receive little to no actual bonus money. Aside from that, I've been using the regular platform functions. But I couldn't find support, there are just long FAQs but support from human chat, if it's available there, is so hard to get that I could never find it!

I’ve been using MEXC for a while, and overall it’s a great platform for crypto trading. Trading fees are very low compared to other exchanges, which is a big advantage. The interface can feel a bit complex for beginners, especially in futures trading, but once you get used to it, it works really well. Security features like 2FA also add confidence. Overall, a solid exchange for both beginners and experienced traders. Highly recommended 👍

This platform is very bad. I placed a sell order in spot trading and set an OCO order. The price went down and I got a notification my order was triggered, but the sell order did not execute. Because of that, I suffered a big loss. This has happened to me twice. Do not trust their trading system — the order does not get submitted properly and the loss goes out of control.
