Love SBT content, but the app has been rough. The beginning of every chapter of the book I'm listening to takes some time to...load(?) despite having downloaded it. The result is that it plays for maybe 10 seconds with no audio so I have to go back to catch what I missed every chapter. Definitely breaks any immersion into a book. edit: it doesn't play sound at the start of each chapter until I unlock my phone and re-open the app. so I have to restart each chapter

I was so excited that there was an app for this after I saw the additional Dungeon Crawler Carl content. Unfortunately, it's buggy. Pauses every minute or so for no reason and I have to go back into the app to play again, can't do it from the widget. Not sure I can even get through the free immersion episode with this. Hoping it'll get noticed and fixed quickly because there's tons of stuff that looks cool on the site I'd like to try out.

The content is good but this app is not functional. Attempting to purchase something, when you hit the button it loads and thinks for a second then just shows the price again. The contact support option takes you to a blank homepage and gives you an option to open a messaging tab with nothing in it, and a news feed with only one post that just says the words "important things". I attempted to submit a bug on their bug report, but that had an error and told me to try again later. It's a joke.
