It does not sync completely. there was a day both my ketones and glucose reading was not synced. I thought maybe because I did not open the app and synced right away. Today, I opened the app, checked my glucose then ketones (I always want to do back to back quickly before bleeding stops). I synced right after I got the reading, and it only took the ketones reading. Both readings are in my machine's memory. What is up with that? Will I have to sync after every reading? Other apps are better built

The app is helpful and I like it for the most part, but it has one VERY annoying flaw. When I save my readings every morning I also save notes about my weight and what I ate the previous day in the "notes and tags" box on my glucose reading, or I try to. The problem is that, 90% of the time the information I type is not saved when I hit the save button and disappears, forcing me to retype it all in. It's at the point that I just select all and copy it before I hit save. Please FIX THIS!

The device is great. My app only syncs with the device 20% of the time. I either get an endless loop of attempting to sync or the sync button is greyed out. The Bluetooth icon stops blinking so I know it synced but it won't always pull the data. I've restarted the app and device, cleaned my memory on my android, and enabled permissions. I'm inputting manual entries instead.
