Started having an issue lately with my OnePlus 15, where the app would display the wrong battery percentage in the overlay (where you switch the modes). Phone would show 100%, while the overlay would jump around between 20 to 37%. Tried different fixes, and found the issue was the latest app update. Hitting uninstall through the Play Store reverted to the prior version, and now it's reading correctly. Definitely an odd bug, but rather annoying if you like to track your % while in game.

I've been gaming on my current OnePlus phone for a year and all I can say is that this app's only good use case is showing current GPU and frame rate readings with it's overlay. Everything else is either useless or just outright doesn't work. Want to set screen refresh to high? Well, it's gonna set the fps to 50 if battery temp reaches 40 degrees anyway. Want to set performance to high or low performance for battery saving? you guessed it, it's just funny buttons that don't do anything.

Since I first used it in 2023 it's been an amazing experience using OnePlus Gaming app! Keeping all my games or apps in one easy to use platform. and now in 2026 it's only gotten better,I can easily set up more power to higher end games like fortnight or COD by raising the resolution or lowering the res I can also adjust the Frame rate,I set it and forget it because it remembers which game need more and which needs less power! I love this app and hope it only gets better and better with each upd
