DO NOT download this app. I paid an initial $15 for a "pet evaluation," which was absolutely useless. There was no indication that if you didn't cancel a subscription within 30 days, you would be charged $38. The instructions to cancel the subscription lead to nowhere. The links to the website never work, and when you do get access to the website, your profile has no option to cancel the subscription. You have to email them to cancel the subscription with no refund. This is a borderline scam!

They make it impossible to end the subscription to the service, so the auto charges keep happening. They provide directions on how to end service in your profile settings, but then you cannot click what it says. You have to email their support team and even then they do not end service some times. They have a very large number of complaints on the BBB site, I should have looked into it better. Do not sign up for this, you can get the same advice they give by watching free YouTube videos.

Disappointing. I took the quiz to see if I could get help training my puppy. Of course it came with a price and I thought I'll try it. I tried to sign in on the app with difficulty. I figured I'd try later. I forgot about the subscription. After receiving nothing about the renewal I tried to cancel because $38 for 2 months of access is a little steap and was told they could not accommodate because I did not invest 7 consecutive days and need to contact support at least 2 times.
