The app will not stay connected to the ring. It's honestly crazy how often it disconnects. It will disconnect in the middle of a workout when the ring is constantly tracking my heart rate and then I can't end the workout in the app until I reconnect. Literally just now the app acted as if I'd just installed it and I had to restart with my email and go through all the prompts of what the ring can do. The ring is great when everything works but the connection problems need to be fixed.

I really like this ring and app when they work, but I haven't even had them for a month and a half and it randomly stops registering information for days at a time. This defeats the entire purpose of having the ring and app to track data, and if it isn't registering for days then I cant trust that it is registering all the information it can be even when it does show up in the app. It's just a lot of money to spend on a ring for maybe a month of benefit.

I should have checked reviews before purchase. It is highly disappointing. the heartrate tracks poorly no matter what finger I have it on. The app is glitchy and it often cannnot recognize my ring. It does not even track sleep well.
