I uploaded documents in c-track but all documents are pending... and navi chat is also not working. please help me to connect with rcl ..

Application that works only if you are online??? Give me a break. Tried to send flight details to my mail, doesn't work, tried to download documents, doesn't work...but it works when it has to remind you about your missing documents and sends you millions of reminders because someone in the office did not approve what you have submitted. Tried to write my review inside app...limited to 60-70 characters??? Probably you expected only positive reviews...last several days app is not working at all.

good idea, but lately it does not work, always saying "something wrong, please try again later". Also, the chat feature does not save the history, so you need to start a new conversation, if accidentaly closed. The information provided on the login screen is outdated by several months.
