Awesome subs everytime. They know how pack on the meat. Mike's way is the only way to go. Lots of fresh veggies and the kick of oil & vinegar makes for a most excellent sub. My go to is the "Club" and it never fails to impress The app and staff make it an easy experience. Order on-line, walk up to the counter, and "bam" there it is with a smile every time. Keep up the awesome work...

App works just fine except one thing I wish would be fixed or added or what not. You can't seem to select the canned drinks (Ex. Stubborn brand drinks like the Root Beer) in a combo. I can get it in a combo in-store but there seems to be no options in the app to select those for a combo meal, only as a separate drink on its own. I'm confused if that's intentional or not and why, if so. Unless I'm missing where that's at it's very unfortunate because those are my go-to drinks at Jersey Mike's.

I had a little bit of trouble when I ordered a mini sub first and was offered to redeem points on it. I wanted to add 2 more sandwiches but could not get back to that screen. I had to cancel the order, select the 3 sandwiches, then redeem the points at check out. It just caused some frustration trying to get the first order to work. You should ask if you want to add anything or wait until checkout to offer points redemption.
