Sincerely is a solid app for venting and sharing anonymously. I love that it feels like a safe space and reading other letters can be comforting. The $7.99/week subscription is really high though. Venting shouldn’t cost so much, especially if you don’t have someone to talk to. The app is great, but pricey. Overall, worth checking out if you want a safe place to share or read honest thoughts.

Now, another week goes by. Still no fixes for the persistent bugs. The Terms of Service coming up every time, plus not being able to see what you're typing past a certain point. I've reached out to the admin email via the link on here. No response. I keep getting responses in this review panel saying they're working on the issues, and that's obviously a lie, or it would have been fixed by now. I really wish I wouldn't have bought a year. This is unacceptable.

I was charged for a "week free trial" !!! I was charged $7.99 on the DAY that I installed the app. I literally uninstalled this app maybe a few hours later, and I even cancelled the subscription at the same time too. I contacted Google, and they can't do anything about it. I emailed the Sincerely team on 2/7, and more times from different emails, and I'm STILL WAITING for their response back and entire week later. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WANT MY $$$ BACK.
