This is the first accommodation management system that I have used, so I cant compare it to others. Set up requires alot of commitment and time, and the help is either AI or foreign people with not the greatest English. However they are responsive and helpful and now finally set up, it is working as a great tool...I wouldn't go back to having no property management tool.

Their security and 2FA sends continuous false flags and the app has made my life more difficult in every way. Only using it currently because the latest round of 2FA has locked me out of my computer access again despite selecting the correct pass code. Genuinely worse experience with every update.
