"I have been using SNB for a long time, but the service is very poor. I tried to add my Barq account and transfer money, but it did not work. The process is long and complicated. I received a call in Arabic which I could not understand. Sarie service also failed with errors. No proper customer support in the app. Very disappointing."

Very disappointing experience at Saudi National Bank, Wadi Al Dawaser branch. I opened a new account five days ago, but I still cannot receive my Visa card from the self-service machine due to a technical error. I visited the branch multiple times. Each time I had to wait one to two hours, but no proper solution was given. Staff kept telling me to try again later. Even after checking my Iqama, the issue was not resolved. I wasted almost two and a half hours on my last visit without any result.

The app have many bugs, the complain section on it is useless and the response from the customer service is something else Now i can't even do a transaction because the transfer button won't response
