In my opinion, this app is fine, works well, but my biggest peeves are that the option to order in store or through drive through is either too small or just not obvious. Unlike most other food apps, the option is big or a required separate section you have to fill out, whereas this app just assumes. Secondly, there is no cancel button. I made a mistake in my order and had to call the store to cancel, which is just it's own separate pain I didn't feel like dealing with. Will update if changed.

Horrible layout. No easy way to order or track redeemable points. You keep clicking "collect" on offers and nothing gets selected. Useless. Twice, I have loaded $25 and both time it has disappeared after 2 coffees! When I check transaction, it just shows 3 most recent transactions which are months apart as I don't go very often. Clearly, it's a scam and no way to trace your money!

The app has always been on the slower side but worked for loading, ordering, and paying. The last time I tried to use it about a year or so ago and it wouldn't let me load funds. Today, I got on to see balances on cards & add funds so I can take my kiddo out for a B-day treat, and the app is constantly saying there is an error and they are working on it. Update my basic personal info? error. Add funds? error. Update cards? error. I don't want a catalog on my phone, I want function.
